You need:
- 1 x raw pineapple or canned pineapple
- bacon strips (as needed)
- Fresh basil leaves (as needed)
Here's how:
1. Peel the pineapple and cut into bite-sized pieces
2. Place 1-2 basil leaves on the pineapple slice
3. Then wrap the whole thing with bacon strips so that everything holds well
4. Off to the Skotti Grill!
Grill the bacon until golden brown (not too hot)
