You need:
- 4 thick sausages
- 1 small carrot
- 4 dates
- 6 dried soft tomatoes
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Here's how:
1. Peel the carrot and cut it into very fine sticks. Pit the dates and cut them into eighths. Finely slice the tomatoes. Chop the thyme leaves and rosemary needles. Combine the carrots, dates, tomatoes, chopped herbs, honey, and oil in a bowl.
2. Cut a small slit in the sausages lengthwise and pull them apart slightly. Fill each with 1/4 of the mixture and secure with toothpicks. Grill until browned on all sides. We recommend serving with a delicious green salad and fresh baguette.
