Game meat from the region
Game is a must-have on any barbecue in autumn and winter. Whether it's venison, wild boar, or rabbit, game dishes have an incomparable flavor and are very popular with Germans. Game meat not only impresses with its unforgettable taste, but also offers a sustainable alternative to conventional meat. It usually comes from the wild, meaning the animals have been able to live a natural life.
In addition, game meat is often leaner and contains more nutrients like iron and zinc than meat from factory farms. The game bratwurst in this recipe adds a special, spicy note that perfectly complements the sweet flavors of the sweet potato and the heat of the paprika – a true treat for the palate. Another advantage: Since game meat is generally lower in fat, it's a healthier option for barbecue lovers. So, why not try something new and grab a game bratwurst at your next barbecue?
