  • 15 g salt (table salt, with or without iodine – you decide!)
  • 15 g yeast (fresh and ready to party!)

Step 1: Mix & Chill!

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and let your food processor knead everything on low speed for 5 minutes until a smooth dough forms.
  • Then let the dough chill at room temperature for 30 minutes – covered so that it rises nicely.
  • Pro tip : Let the dough do its thing on a floured work surface.

Step 2: Form the dough balls!

  • After the relaxation time, divide the dough into perfect pieces (70 g each) and shape them into small, round balls.

Step 3: Fridge Party!

  • Now, refrigerate the dough pieces for 3 to 4 hours. But hey, remember to take them out 2 hours before baking so they come to room temperature.
